Kangym is a kanji SRS using the Heisig method: you memorize a keyword and a story, with no vocabulary or readings.
Each kanji is fixed with a keyword (the meaning) and a story built from radicals. You see the character, try to recall both, flip the card to check, then mark success or failure. If the story does not fit you, edit it: the goal is that it sticks, not that you copy a text.
We do not review everything every day. Spaced repetition schedules each kanji for when it is usually forgotten: a success lengthens the interval (tomorrow, a week, a month…); a miss brings it back soon. Each day you study the new kanji in your quota and the reviews due today. At first there are few; around weeks 3–5 there is a peak of reviews (not new cards), then it eases.
